I explain to Jason the lengths I go to for my clients that they can’t expect from any other personal injury lawyer in Cleveland, Ohio.

Jason Handman: Good morning, welcome to another edition of Getting Legal with Tim Misny. Tim, we’re here at our favorite spot the Diner on 55th.
Tim: Where the food is great, the coffee is better, and even the service is better than the coffee.
Jason: That’s right. At 55th and St. Clair, just outside of downtown. Now, for the last 32 years, you’ve had incredible success birth injury cases, medical malpractice cases, catastrophic injury cases. What should someone expect when they call you?
Tim: They’re going to deal with me. They’re going to deal with Tim Misny. You call my office, you’re going to deal with me. Some firms, they may have, you know six or seven names in the letterhead. You call there, you’re not going to talk to any of those names in the letterhead. You don’t know who you’re going to talk to. You call my number 1-800-55-MISNY and you’re going to talk with me and I’m going to meet with you.
Jason: OK, so what does that mean? They call you, they meet with you. What happens then?
Tim: Well, I’ll tell you. I will accommodate my client because oftentimes when a tragedy happens – you don’t plan tragedy. They just happen. It may be late at night that I need to meet with a client. It may be on the weekend, and I have met clients, Jason, at funeral homes, I have met clients at a surgical intensive care unit. In the middle of the night. So, I will accommodate my clients’ needs.
Jason: OK, and in terms of outside of that schedule, throughout this process how do people keep in touch with you? Is it really easy?
Tim: If I take the client’s case I will give the client my direct dial cell phone number, and I’ll tell you why I do that. Because my client’s concerns don’t necessarily fall conveniently within the nine-to-five parameters. So if a client needs to speak with me they have my number and they can call me weekends, evenings, what have you.
