Big Blue Wrecking Crew Wins Again!
For several years the golf team known as the “Big Blue Wrecking Crew” has won numerous charity four-man, best ball golf tournaments throughout northeast Ohio.
The team is comprised of (left to right) captain John Ward, Tim Misny, Otis Howard, and Nelson Morales. Known for wearing blue Kangol hats backwards, the group successfully defended their Desert Fox Challenge championship this past September at St. Denis in Chardon.
This annual event is a tribute to Timothy Wright Jr. who died in 2002 at the age of 35. Organized by his father and close friends, this wonderful outing is a college tuition fundraiser for his surviving children Emily, Madison, and Timmy.
